Death is one of the most common universal phenomenon, yet it is the least understood. Plants die, animals die, human beings die, all man made creations die, societies die, cities die, countries die, civilizations die, stars die, planets die etc. Everything that is born in the physical world dies. However, if death is so common then why do we fear it? Why do we run away from it? Why do we want to avoid it? Why do we worry about it? If we want to know something about the fate that is awaiting us and about the meaning of life itself, it is essential, first of all, to know what we are; that is urgent, un-deferrable, un-postponable. In this class, we learn: 1. About the universal nature of the phenomenon of death 2. We learn about the need to understand this phenomenon 3. We learn that we are made up of different types of energies and we understand their characteristics 4. We understand the role each of these energies play in our life 5. We understand the process of death from multiple perspectives 6. We understand how the process of death is governed 7. We learn that process of death is linked to the process of birth 8. We understand the reasons behind our fear of death 9. We understand several aspects related to the mystery of death, helping us better prepare for this eventuality
