This presentation is part of a self-study course provided by AGEAC

In the previous class ‘Psyche and the Dreams’ we learnt about the universal appeal of dreams. We learnt about their historical importance and significance in shaping our present and future. In this class, we address these questions: If dreams are so important, is there a way to remember them, more often? What can we gain by remembering our dreams? How can dream interpretation help us in navigating our journey through life? In this class, we learn: 1. The yoga of sleep, that aids remembering of dreams. This includes practical methods that help before sleeping and after waking up. 2. The procedures to help track and monitor our dreams. 3. The science of dream interpretation. 4. The techniques for awakening using dream yoga. 5. The discipline of dream yoga can eventually help us reach an understanding of the purpose and meaning of our life through our own direct experience. 6. The dream yoga can also help us understand the phenomenon of human life and death.
