When you pronounce the first syllable MA, you vocalize this syllable in a very high and acute way. When vocalizing the second syllable MA, it will be vocalized very low.
The same will be done with the syllables PA-PA. You will raise the voice with the first syllable of each word and then repeat it several times lowering the note.
